The client is one of the leading global companies in the beverage sector, with a wide portfolio of international and local brands and production facilities in more than 50 countries.
The client requested a turnkey solution from Europool for the relocation of a PET CSD line from Scotland to San Pedro Sula, Honduras.
The line, purchased second-hand, was intended for the production of international branded beverages, with a nominal capacity of the blow-molder/filler block of 36,000 bph.
In addition to the transfer, it was necessary to develop the engineering required to adapt the line to new formats and integrate additional machines, utilities, and accessories.

Europool also developed a new layout optimizing machine positioning, operator requirements, automation for the different formats, and accumulation balance to achieve the best V-graph.
The relocation was successfully completed: Europool respected the agreed timing and objectives, ensuring the ramp-up of the line and achieving an efficiency of over 85% at final commissioning.
