Drying Systems

Our drying tunnels are designed to guarantee a rapid and uniform drying, improving the aspect of the final product and granting a precise and long-lasting labelling.

They are complete with electrical panel and frequency converter for the management and adjustment of each function, traditional network interfacing and keyboard panel.

Furthermore, adjusting the guides inside the tunnel requires a maximum of 5 minutes for change over, ensuring reduced set-up times and increased productivity.

Pre-blowing station

Station installed on the mass conveyor after pasteurisation tunnel duly sized to remove the excess water which remains on the caps and the bottle shoulders during pasteurisation.

The system pushes the water from the caps and from the top of the bottles to the body, reducing the friction between them and helping their alignment on the pressure-less combiner.

Under-cap blowing station

Station installed on a single way conveyor duly sized to remove the water which remains in the spaces under the crown cork and between the cap and the bottles neck. The elimination of the residual water avoids the possibility of rust forming.

Final drying system

Machine composed of centrifugal blowers that feeds nozzles, whose position and orientation can be adjusted according to the shape of the containers to be handled: the typical blade like air jet of the nozzles guarantees the maximum operation efficiency.
