Unfortunately this year, due to the general health situation, it was not possible to meet us at tradeshows, as usual. Meetings are always a good opportunity to meet again, talk about projects, news and, why not, also about the personal aspects that we have shared over the years.
Europool during this difficult year has chosen to "catch the crisis off guard".
Taking advantage of the calm imposed by the lockdown has invested in research and development and in prototypes, developing various innovations (for some of which patent applications have been applied).
We have arranged two functioning circuits within our facility which, in addition to allow us to test them in the most critical situations, also represent a showroom to illustrate them to those who will pay us a very welcome visit.
Some of our innovations:
New BigBuffer HS for big-size products or for high-speed shaped products: a system with a very high accumulation capacity for shaped containers, without pressure, without stress on the containers and with the perfect bottle / bottle FiFo system that also allows complete traceability of the container.
New machine and aligner synchronization system: an increased sensitivity microprocessor with continuous speed correction.
New Aculine for shaped and non-accumulating products: tangential chains that allow a lighter structure, dedicated software and low energy consumption motors.
New divider for high speeds: machine dedicated to mass production lines with speeds over 60.000 bph.
New dryer: a new generation of dryers with increased performance, easy change over adjustment, completely in stainless steel.
