Twin Buffer

It is a new accumulation system dedicated mainly to shaped or unstable products; for very light bottles and/or on glass lines to reduce noise and scuffing. The first is already in operation for some months on a line of 30,000 bph. 

The containers are conveyed to the first transfer guide and flow along the lane accumulating. When the first lane is full, the divider changes without stopping, and the containers are conveyed to the second transfer guide. The feed flow continues to power dual lane without stop phases. When the downstream machines restart the accumulation table begins to empty into overspeed so as to empty the Twin Buffer.
